1 – Potential for working at higher levels,
2 – Technical skills for current role,
3 – Learning agility,
4 – Personality & motivation – are they aligned to business challenges,
5 – Fit with their organisational culture,
6 – Prior experience in similar role.

Do you have these covered?

If you do, address them in your cover note for job applications. Then when you are in an interview and asked “Are there any questions you have” ask a few of these if they have not already been addressed.
