About Financial Observer PEOPLE
We have disrupted the traditional recruiting process by turning it around and focusing on referred, proven, candidates – seeking the best possible people for organisations in our industry. In short, this means checking for credentials and proven performance at the beginning of the process, rather than a cursory reference check at the end.
Being best-connected means we know those candidates who have good industry track records, who can deliver results and add value to an organisation.
1 – We start by tapping our extensive referral network and connections to first identify and benchmark who is best in the role/s. This referral network includes industry leaders, industry associations executives and other professionals working in those very roles.
2 – We check those in our database of professionals to ensure we haven’t missed anyone and where needed can supplement this with online job searches and ads.
3 – Generally the best candidates are working in an existing role and we determine who is prepared to, or should, move to another organisation. We understand the differences between candidates actively looking and those who need to be enticed to move – and know how to manage these substantial differences.
4 – We then determine if the candidate/s have an appropriate cultural fit.
5 – We only recommend candidates that we would employ ourselves – and only in roles that we believe are worthy of them.
We do this at a low flat fee (15%), with NO retainer (though require exclusivity for six weeks) AND all with a replacement guarantee.
We can do this because we are bespoke, independent and specialise in our industry alone.
